Micheal was great. He was very thorough with my new home inspection. I love that he really took his time and his reports come with pictures of everything he inspected. His report was so easy to understand even for someone like me whom have no training at all when it comes to what to look for. This was my second time using him for a different property and once again, I am glad I did. Michael, thanks to your report the first home I did not buy due to the amount of money I would have had to pay over time. We decided to build and even with a new build you was still thorough and caught something I would have never known to even look for. I'm so glad you don't cut corners because I would not have thought to check the attic and framing. You're amazing at what you do and you will forever be our go to inspector for all of our homes to come.
